Maintenance and Repairs

This area of the site is for topics on Goldwings, generally and specifically. If you have thoughts on what is posted, and easier or perhaps better way to deal with maintenance of repairs on Goldwing, regardless of the vintage, the “blog” area is where it is, or goes.

With most of the models of Goldwings, from the GL1000 to the GL1800 5th generation, there are differences in approach, different aspects that should be attended to, different ways or making your repairs or maintenance easier, and tips on how to improve the longevity or different mechanical and electrical parts of the motorcycle. Also, if you are looking at Goldwings to buy one, then here is where you can visit to find out what you should pay attention to with each model, variance of the model, and what aftermarket additions may not be a good idea: and why that is so.
